WHEN DOES THE SIGN-UP OPEN FOR YOUR PROGRAMMES?

For the Well Woman Tribe, you can sign up anytime but your programme will start on the first Monday of the following month. Each month there is a new group starting the programme. This enables us to group our clients into cohorts so you can experience the programme together to keep each motivated – and honest! The link to start the programme will be emailed to all registered clients. All our other programmes can be arranged depending to start to suit you, depending on availability.

CAN I JOIN A PROGRAMME AT ANY TIME?

We have designed the Well Woman Tribe programme to run from the first Monday of every month to ensure that everyone starts at the same point. This approach helps to create a sense of community within your group as you progress through the programme at the same time, motivating and inspiring each other. The other programmes and bootcamp sessions can start at any time, subject to availability.

WHAT IF I FIND AN EXERCISE TOO CHALLENGING?

I always offer a menu of exercises to choose from. This enables you to go at your own pace and track the time and effort it takes to do each different exercise. You will notice improvement very quickly with your mobility and strength.

WHAT EQUIPMENT DO I NEED?

My programmes give you the choice to follow gym-based workouts or at-home workouts, depending on your preference. The gym-based workouts are designed around equipment you would expect to see in most commercial gyms (i.e. resistance machines, cardio machines, barbells, dumbbells, cable machines, med balls, kettlebells etc.). The at-home workouts are purely bodyweight with addition of resistance bands.

ARE YOUR PROGRAMMES MAINLY FOR THOSE WHO WANT TO LOSE WEIGHT?

Absolutely not. Health and wellness is the primary goal. Weight loss or muscle gain is about energy balance so although the workouts will help burn fat, I learned from working with one of the world’s best nutritionists, Patrick Holford, that your abs are made in the kitchen. Together we co-authored the best-selling Burn Fat Fast in which we teach the relationship between nutrition and exercise. Using a

macro calculator helps factor in your goals and lifestyle so whether you want to gain muscle, lose fat, or just maintain your physique it’s all tailored to suit you.

WHAT KIND OF SUPPORT DO I GET?

All of my programmes offer 1:1 support from me - just at varying levels. With Well Woman Tribe membership, you have access to a group of people just like you, so you can interact with everyone one else on my the programme.  You’re also invited to join our closed Facebook community where I share tips, recipes, exercise advice and much more. You can also email me with any queries throughout the programme. My personalised 1:1 training programme offers unlimited 1:1 support.

WHEN IS MY PAYMENT TAKEN?

Depending on the day you sign up, they will be taken automatically via PayPal on the same date each month. For monthly subscriptions, your payments will come out on the same day each month (not the day the programme starts).

DO I HAVE TO LIVE IN THE UK TO JOIN?

Nope, that’s the beauty of being online, you can join no matter where you are in the world!

CAN I CANCEL AT ANYTIME?

Yes. There are no cancellation fees and you can stop your membership at any point. You will have access to the programme right up until the end of the month you have paid for.

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I SIGN UP?

You'll receive confirmation of your payment plan from PayPal then on the first day of the programme (i.e. the 1st Monday of the month) you'll receive an email containing: a programme overview document, your nutrition guides and access to the app with your training schedule.

DO I HAVE TO TRACK CALORIES AND MACROS?

No, it’s absolutely your personal preference. Looking at macro tracking, I believe is a very powerful tool to educate oneself about nutrition and the quantity one is consuming. You will find a link to the macro calculator in your nutrition guide, as well as an explanation as to how they are calculated. I do offer a smoothie plan in addition to the Well Woman Tribe and I suggest replacing one meal a day with a smoothie for the 30 day programme. HOW MANY TIMES A WEEK ARE WE EXPECTED TO TRAIN?

My programmes are built around a 6-day workout week (this is the maximum we recommend as it’s beneficial to incorporate a rest day). We are always able to tailor this to what works best for you.

WHAT IF I AM RECOVERING FROM AN INJURY?

if you have any health concerns, we advise you seek professional medical advice to ensure it is safe for you to exercise. Please check with your physio to discuss exercises to be avoided or ones you should consider adding to the plan. Again, my 1-1 programme allows us to work together on a tailored programme. Having personally recovered from several major injuries, I have plenty of experience working through rehab post-injury.

HOW DO I CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION?

Via your PayPal account. If you go to your activity page and manage your payments, you can either suspend or cancel from there at anytime.

HOW MANY PEOPLE CAN JOIN YOUR WELL WOMAN TRIBE AT ANY ONE TIME?

It’s unlimited, the more people involved the better, so grab a friend and join together!

DO YOU CHARGE EXTRA FOR NUTRITIONAL GUIDANCE AND A DIET PLAN?

Weekly check-ins are a feature exclusive to my 1-on-1 training programmes. However I am very much involved with the Well Woman tribe and offer ongoing support and encouragement to the community. The beauty of the tribe is that you all keep each other accountable by sharing your experiences along the way.
