    • 5 Weekly 45 minute Classes with me
    • 9.15 - 10am
    • Strength training, mobility, short distance running, hills
    • Legs and Abs
    • Join Anytime and pro rata
    • Dress in layers in the winter - we will get warm !

who has taught at the Body Holiday in St Lucia and La Manga in Spain.


Our facility is located just off the Burwood Road in Hersham, Walton on Thames.

It's easy to park, we have clean loos, and ample room to move indoors when we need to to.
