WARM-UP AND ATHLETIC DEVELOPMENT DRILLS
Running drills. Warm-up builds, muscles switch on, synovial fluid released, the body mobilises and the athletic drills are designed to help with injury prevention, better neuromuscular coordination and enhanced speed and agility. Kate is a qualified level 2 Athletics Coach
SPEED & AGILITY
Improves joint stability, Enhances cognitive function, Injury prevention, enhanced balance and speed and agility.
STRENGTH
Preservation of muscle mass, Enhanced metabolism, chronic disease management (shown to help manage and prevent chronic conditions such as arthritis, heart disease, diabetes.
NO SESSION THE SAME:

If you can only commit to 3 day a week camp at a time, you have that option as well, adding our track session at Walton xcel. Mondays 7.15 am
Only £20, per session, you decide which is right for you and your schedule!
