WARM-UP AND ATHLETIC DEVELOPMENT DRILLS

 

Starting with  5 -10 minute warm-up of running drills. Warm-up builds, muscles switch on, synovial fluid released, the body mobilises and the athletic drills are designed to help with injury prevention, better neuromuscular coordination and enhanced speed and agility

  • WHAT EQUIPMENT WILL I NEED?
    A cushioned mat and a set of dumbbells: 2kg- beginner 3kg-intermediate 5kg- advanced Please wear appropriate clothing and remember a bottle of water and a small towel in the summer.
