Beginner Training

A gentle return to training for those

getting back to their fitness with a group of like minded people.

 

Perfect for beginners and those returning from injury or pregnancy - the beginner course features 2 sessions per week, on Tuesday and Thursday mornings, at 10.30am beginning on the 1th September.
 
All sessions are 45 minutes, and feature the latest techniques to get great results at a sensible price of just £12.50 per session.
