With over 20 years of experience in the fitness industry, I am a former Gladiator and British record holder, but I have come back on numerous occasions from injuries and used my resilience to get back in shape. I have developed a proven record of success in helping my clients achieve their fitness goals. I specialise in mid-life, Are you coming back from an injury, or a life changing event or you just need a boost your fitness to focus on building endurance, strength, and flexibility. My customised programs are tailored to each individual's unique needs and body type, making it easy to achieve optimal results. I train differently now in my 50's than i did as an athlete. I will share that with you.
